Verified production reporting found rejects/purge not reported. work order was not changed cycled on the wrong tool. inventory showed 55 LBS we had none. Reported missing scrap. Material on hand now shows 2.8 LBS (purge)
Also verified part weights sprue @ .0008 actual .003 BOM has been updated.
