We were throwing parts away for blisters, the quality manager reached out to the customer and was able to get a tolerance for the size of blister that is allowed. We created a reject board showing what would be accepted and what would be a reject. This helps operators and quality inspectors have a better idea of what is good and bad, therefor resulting in less rejects.
