Vacuum verification was on and press was still able to cycle, even though part was not grabbed. Maintenance corrected the issue and our part verification works on the EOAT.
Due to this issue, it would cause the part to stay on core side of tool and smash into cavity, causing tool damage. this fix should eliminate this from ever happening again.
