Across the plant we need to bring to light the importance of parts out of process. Parts should have a few locations they should be the conveyor, finished good totes, a fixture, or a scrap container. Eliminating parts out of process will reduce the potential chances of defects getting to our customers. I started by explaining this to Daniel and walking him to 5 presses to show how bad we are. Will continue to try and implement by marking scrap containers locations at presses and instilling the culture of this movement.
