C09 press usually runs a dog bone. This leaves time for side work. G01 runs with 4 operators. Now G01 is running with 3 operators. The operator on C09 is labeling their boxes and stocking the machine. This is saving 8 hours of labor for another press. (If this kaizen was entered twice, it is because my internet had a spasm when entering the first time)
