| IMPROVEMENTS | B5 press is running the Mud flap without weight, which is a semi auto process. It is difficult to make boxes, label them, put the parts in and then tape all while keeping cycle time. The operator at A03 press is running the Adapter T which is very slow. In between A3 cycles, the operator is making boxes for B5. This has improved cycle time by 11 seconds on B5. |
